Orders & Payments
Q How can I place an order?
Browse our online store, select the products you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the checkout instructions to enter your delivery and payment details. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other secure payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your device or payment provider.
Shipping & Delivery
Q Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Bikyse offers free standard shipping across the United Kingdom on all eligible orders.
Q How long does delivery take?
UK orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Q Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not yet available, but we plan to introduce it in the future.
Returns & Refunds
Q What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and tags.
Q How do I return a product?
Contact our support team at contact.bikyse@gmail.com and include your order number. Our team will review your request and provide the return authorization and shipping instructions.
Q When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Products & Warranty
Q Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes. Our bikes are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration and conditions may vary by product and manufacturer. Please review the relevant product page or contact our team for more information.
Q Can I return helmets or protective gear?
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets, pads, and other protective equipment cannot be returned after they have been opened, worn, or used. Unopened items may be eligible for return when they meet all conditions in our return policy.
Q Do you sell authentic products?
Yes. All bikes, cycling apparel, accessories, and protective gear sold by Bikyse are genuine products sourced from trusted and established suppliers.
