• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, and tags.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, certain protective equipment, including helmets, cannot be returned once opened or used.

1. Contact our support team at contact.bikyse@gmail.com and include your order number.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item to the address below.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees, including fees for international orders, are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.
