Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Standard Shipping within the UK: Free on all orders.
Estimated UK delivery time: 3–8 business days .

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or peak shopping periods.

Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please enter your complete and correct shipping address during checkout.
Bikyse cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Undeliverable or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a collection notice, provide collection instructions, or arrange another delivery attempt.
Customers are responsible for following the courier’s instructions to collect or reschedule their parcel.
If an order is returned to Bikyse because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, an additional re-shipping fee may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

Some large bicycles or oversized products may require special handling because of their size, weight, or safety requirements.
When special handling is required, our team will contact the customer before dispatch.
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
