🛒 Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption for your safety.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at contact@bikeflex.shop. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be added soon — stay tuned!


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Bikes must not be ridden or assembled to qualify for a return.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@bikeflex.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Are your bikes covered by a warranty?

Yes! All complete bikes come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Do you sell replacement parts?

Yes, we carry a range of replacement parts and accessories including tires, tubes, chains, helmets, and lights. Check our “Accessories” section for details.

Do you offer assembly or setup help?

Each bike comes with easy assembly instructions. For additional assistance, you can contact our support team or visit your local bike shop.
