Thank you for shopping with BikeFlex.shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Note: Bikes that have been assembled, ridden, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless defective.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team at contact@bikeflex.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with shipping instructions.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Assembled or customized bikes (unless defective)

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of confirmation, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, email us at contact@bikeflex.shop.

Shipping Your Return

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.
