At BikeFlex.shop, we’re committed to providing a fast, reliable, and worry-free shopping experience for every cyclist. We ship bikes, e-bikes, and cycling accessories all across the United States — including apparel, helmets, and protective gear.

Shipping Information

Cost: Free on all orders
Delivery Time: Estimated 3–8 business days (depending on location)
Processing Time: 1–2 business days before dispatch
Carriers: We partner with trusted U.S. couriers for secure and trackable delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at contact@bikeflex.shop.

Delivery Conditions

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
In case of high demand or weather conditions, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Bikes must not be ridden outdoors or show signs of wear.
Return shipping costs are covered if the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return:

Email contact@bikeflex.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
