Welcome to BikeFlex.shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting or purchasing from BikeFlex.shop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) Eligibility & Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
2) Orders, Payments & Pricing
- All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by BikeFlex.
- We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied after checkout is completed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, out-of-stock items). If canceled, you will receive a full refund.
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
3) Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping within the United States is free. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after processing (1–2 business days).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
4) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most new, unused items in original packaging. Bikes must not be ridden or show signs of use. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details and instructions.
5) Product Information & Availability
- We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, and specifications may contain minor errors or vary by batch.
- Colors and finishes may appear differently due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.
- Availability is not guaranteed; we may discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
6) Warranty
- Complete bikes carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly/maintenance, accidents, or modifications.
- Your statutory rights may vary by state.
7) Intellectual Property
- All content on BikeFlex.shop (text, graphics, logos, images, product names) is owned by or licensed to BikeFlex and protected by applicable IP laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8) User Content (Reviews & Submissions)
- By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant BikeFlex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content. We may remove content at our discretion.
9) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit illegal activity, to violate any laws or regulations, to infringe IP rights, to transmit malicious code, to collect users’ information without consent, or to interfere with site security or operations.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, war, epidemics, or carrier interruptions.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
- Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for IP or confidentiality matters.
